Crooked Tree Golf Club climbs onto the bluffs above Bay Harbor on the west side of Petoskey. The opening nine is lined with old-growth hardwoods, and later holes look out over Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. Golf Digest lists Harry Bowers as the designer, and the Petoskey Area Visitors Bureau notes that Arthur Hills reworked holes 16 through 18.
The course is part of the BOYNE Golf group and is run alongside Bay Harbor Golf Club and the Inn at Bay Harbor, which includes a golf shuttle with its lodging.
