About
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this guide. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- Pages work with a keyboard, with visible focus and a skip link.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast, and nothing is conveyed by color alone.
- Every map has a text list of the same places.
- Photos have text descriptions, and the layout adapts to small screens and large text.
Accessibility details for parks, trails, beaches and events are set by the agencies and organizers who run them. Please confirm with them before you go.
If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us what page and what happened, and we will work on a fix.
