Duncan L. Clinch Marina

Traverse City's municipal marina beside Clinch Park on West Grand Traverse Bay, with transient slips, fuel, pump-out and a boaters' building.

The Duncan L. Clinch Marina is the City of Traverse City’s municipal marina, set behind a breakwater beside Clinch Park at the foot of downtown. The park’s beach, splash pad and the TART trail are next to the docks, and Front Street is a few blocks away.

For cruising boaters it is a full-service stop: fuel and pump-out at the fuel dock, a boaters’ building with showers and laundry, and free short-term dockage for a quick trip into town. Seasonal slips are assigned from a waiting list, so visiting boats use the transient slips booked through the state system.
