Wolf River Golf Park
A rebuilt 18-hole course near Bear Lake, run by Little River Casino Resort, with wide fairways and an 18-hole putting course.
Wolf River Golf Park is the former Bear Lake County Highlands course on Chippewa Highway (US-31) near Bear Lake. Little River Casino Resort, a business of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, owns it and rebuilt the 18 holes as a relaxed course for locals and visitors. The rough was removed so every hole is cut to fairway height, and the greens and bunkers were reconstructed, with native areas along the edges.
The name honors the Wolf River apples once grown in orchards on the property. A second attraction, The Worm Holes, is an 18-hole putting course on about an acre and a half, played first come, first served without tee times.
