Golf · Public · Arcadia
A family-owned 18-hole course cut through the woods of northern Manistee County, inland from Arcadia, with a relaxed, local feel.
Chestnut Hills is a family-run course on Glovers Lake Road in the wooded hills of northern Manistee County, inland from Arcadia. The Carter family opened the first nine holes in July 1993 and built a back nine across the road, which opened in 2004.
The 18 holes are lined with trees and play from three sets of tees. The course has long been popular with local golfers, and its motto sums up the tone: a place where golf is still just a game.
