The Ramsdell Inn fills the upper three floors of the Ramsdell Building, an 1891 building on the corner of River and Maple Streets in downtown Manistee. The four-story building has a distinctive corner turret.

The building was extensively renovated in 2003. TJ’s Pub, on the lower level, serves lunch and dinner.
