The Lilley Mansion
On South Division Street in the village of Spring Lake
Francis Lilley, a Spring Lake lumberman and partner in the firm of Lilley and Sisson, built this Second Empire style house in 1876, before the village was incorporated. Later owners included two dentists and, from 1959, a landlord who split it into apartments.
The current owner bought the house in 2019 and restored it with an eye to its original architecture. It now offers guest suites alongside weddings, private parties and house events, at 113 South Division Street near the center of Spring Lake.
