The Inn at Black Star Farms is a bed and breakfast on the 160-acre Black Star Farms estate, just south of Suttons Bay on the Leelanau Peninsula. Traverse City Tourism lists 10 rooms, and the inn describes an equestrian-themed house set below vineyard slopes, with more than three miles of trails on the grounds, a sauna, a library and a fireplace lounge.
The inn lists a chef-prepared breakfast, a bottle of wine in the room, an evening wine hour and a tasting at the estate’s tasting room as part of each stay; confirm what is included when you book. It is listed as open all year and limited to guests 18 and older. In 2025 readers of USA Today’s 10Best named it the best wine country hotel in the country, as the Leelanau Ticker reported.
