Moss Ridge is an 18-hole course along Apple Avenue (M-46) in Ravenna, in the countryside east of Muskegon. W. Bruce Matthews III laid it out, and bentgrass covers the tees, fairways and greens. Five sets of tees stretch the course from just over 5,000 yards to nearly 7,000, so it can be set up for beginners or strong players.
The club welcomes local players and visitors alike. A driving range with target greens, a chipping green, a practice bunker and a large putting green sit near the clubhouse, which also has a bar and grille and TrackMan simulators for the colder months.
