Arcadia Beach Natural Area

Arcadia's public Lake Michigan beach at the west end of Lake Street, with parking, restrooms, picnic tables and a playground. An easy family beach day.

This is Arcadia’s town beach: a public stretch of Lake Michigan sand at the west end of Lake Street, owned by Arcadia Township. Come for an easy beach day with kids, since the basics are all here.

You get parking, public restrooms, picnic tables with grills and a playground, all close to the sand. Pack a lunch, claim a table and spend the afternoon.

It pairs well with the rest of Arcadia. The Arcadia Overlook on M-22 and the trails at Arcadia Dunes are close by, and so is Arcadia Lake, with the village marina.

Lake Michigan conditions change fast. Watch the waves and posted warnings, and stay out when the water is rough.
